Grandfathers Rocking Horses - Image Sequencing & Camera Mapping

Above I have been testing out several techniques, this included adding a hand-drawn image sequence drawn roughly in photoshop and then exporting it and turning it into a video to be camera mapped in Maya. I have learnt a huge amount from both of these processes and how I want my animation to look like when done, however, I will look into how to speed up the drawing process as in the video I have duplicated coloured frames which is noticeable but was fine to use in this demonstration as an example.

Fantastic Voyage - Cell Cycle - No Sound - Pre Viz

Fantastic Voyage - pre vis - no sound from Ruth Cann on Vimeo.

It's all coming together! I'll be holding off uploading the video with my voice actor closer to the deadline, I still need to do tweaking and replacing some video sections with final rendered parts, anyways, enjoy :)

Redesign for Animation - Cell Cycle test

redesign during gap 1 phase from Ruth Cann on Vimeo.

Just a tryout to see how the animation would look like with a re-design , the G1 part of the chart would gently glow as well.
