The Cherry Red Shed - Myself - Rough Walk Cycle
I wanted to see how my character is going to move for my animation, so I have roughed out a walk cycle. There's still work to do on the hair movement and due to the cycling of the animation the legs are catching up to the leg swing, but so far this is what I have got :) It's wonderful to finally start animating her.

Character Design - Ninja - Lineart
![]() |
| Lineart Styles |
I have been struggling for a while with how I wanted my Ninja to look like as I wanted to capture the essence of movement in her design, but also not to be totally abstract so her features would show up throughout the animation.
I looked into pre-existing animations such as "Thought of you - by Ryan Woodward" I liked the way in which he captured movement and fluidity and hoped I could do this with the expressive inked lines I created.
This is a quick demonstration of how I would have liked the animation to look, I used several of the lineart designs I drew from the image above and merged them to create my final look. All movements, would have been created more with the flowing ink to demonstrate movement and the stills would have been in a cleaner line style.

Dancing Girl - Animation/Life Drawing Finally Completed
I have finally managed to complete this animation, it's 105 frames long, each frame being drawn out by hand one by one. There are 24 frames between each pose. I feel as this animation has lost the flow that the drawing captured, otherwise this was a good experience trying out drawing an animation with 24 frames per second
